Join us for an emergency preparedness class for teens! Be Red Cross Ready is an emergency preparedness presentation is typically presented in-person to audiences age 14 & up. We have adapted it to a virtual format to ensure communities continue to learn this critical information amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The program features actionable lessons focused on building an act fast emergency kit, home fire prevention and safety, and information about other local hazards (earthquakes and wildfires).

Best of Baywood Holiday Lights Competition
Holiday lights and decorations add a wonderful feel to the neighborhood. Every June and December, a "Best of Baywood" plaque is awarded to a residence with outstanding aesthetic appeal. The December award also recognizes the effort and beauty of holiday light displays.
So take a walk, cycle or drive around Baywood and tell us which residences best show off the beauty of Baywood during the holiday season. You can send your nominations to baywoodhomeowners@gmail.com.
