BAYWOOD HOME OWNERS MAINTENANCE AWARD
It's that time of year again! As part of a City-wide San Mateo United Homeowners Association program to spotlight San Mateo homes, we are looking for nominations for the Baywood home that best exemplifies the beauty and welcoming nature of our Baywood community.
We encourage all Baywood residents to send us nominations for the 2020 Baywood Homeowners Maintenance Award to email@example.com. All nominations should include the owners name(s), the street address and a high resolution (at least 300dpi) color photo.
Your Baywood Owners Improvement Association (BOIA) Board of Directors will choose the winning home and submit it to the San Mateo City staff. The winner will be recognized, along with the winners of the other San Mateo neighborhood association home maintenance awards, by the San Mateo City Council at an upcoming meeting.
The winner also will receive a $100 gift certificate from your BOIA Board of Directors to a San Mateo merchant of your choice.
So nominate your favorite(s) and let's demonstrate what a beautiful and friendly place Baywood is!
